SEREPICK Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are typically processed within 2 Business days. Due to unforeseen issues, especially during the holidays we may experience processing delays and will ensure you are provided with advanced email correspondence.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

All orders are currently shipped via a flat rate fee of $10.00. Products are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx 2-Day depending on the item, size, and destination.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Shipments to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are delivered via USPS Priority Mail. We cannot guarantee delivery times to APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Shipping confirmation along with tracking details will be delivered to the sender’s email address within 2 Business days.

Customs, duties, and taxes

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.).

Damages

SEREPICK is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly at sales@serepick.com to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We do not currently ship Internationally.

Returns Policy

Please contact us before returning any item back to us, you can contact us at 860.281.1210 or e-mail sales@serepick.com

All returns must be received undamaged, in original packaging, and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

Any tools with manufacturing or structural defects may be returned for a free repair or replacement.

We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
